Sikat na Dancer ng Wowowee Noon, Successful Business Women na Ngayon!

After leaving the limelight, people are thinking that it's the end for the former Wowowee dancer and host RR Enriquez. After the defunct noontime variety show disappeared, she starred in some other TV shows and a couple of films but mostly been out of the limelight in recent years. But what people didn't know, RR chose a different path out of showbiz.

In 2011, RR and her boyfriend, the PBA Barangay Ginebra Kings point guard Jayjay Helterbrand, decided to settle down. Since then, she has no TV appearances but instead, venture in business as another option.

Now, RR is the hands-on owner and CEO of "ReJuva Skin Care and Nail Spa". The former actress revealed that they are doubtful to start a business.

“Una, siyempre, hesitant siya. Sabi niya ganoon, ‘malulugi ka diyan, ma-ano ang pera mo.’ Then after that sabi ko, ‘Babe, dito tayo yayaman. Trust me, yayaman ka sa akin,’ sabi kong ganoon,” she said.

In her interview with PEP, she was asked if how her boyfriend feels knowing it caters women. RR answered:

“He has to kasi wala akong pera, kailangan niyang magbigay ng pera!”

She trained alongside the staff to make sure that she's aware of the services they offer. But despite her success, RR remained humble and grounded.

"Minsan nga ako pa naglilinis dito, e. Totoo, totoo, minsan tinutulungan ko ‘yong mga workers ko. At least alam nila na ako, mahal ko ‘tong place na ‘to, inaalagaan ko ‘to, masipag ako."

"Pinapakita ko sa kanila na kahit amo ako, hindi ako ‘yong magpapakataas sa kanila, di ba?"

But now, the business is booming and became a one-stop beautification center located at Timog Avenue in Quezon City. RR is earning millions and she said that her decision of leaving showbiz is correct that staying without assurance.

“Siyempre, hindi mo maaasahan ang showbiz, e, ngayon kung wala ka nang work, e, di wala, wala kang paghuhugutan ng pera. So, halimbawa mayroon kang naipon, hangga’t maaari, i-invest mo kaagad.”
