Did you know that using the phone at night will be deprived you sleep and make you exhausted? Those who read screen before they sleep are reported taking hours longer to be fully awake the next day, compared to those who read hardbound books.
We also have this concept that reading your phone lying in bed is relaxing, which is actually dead wrong. Looking at a screen at night will cause the opposite. The Harvard research also shows that it actually wakes you up, making you feel more alert, less sleepy, and more likely to delay even trying to go to sleep.
In short, this habit is extremely discouraged because of its bad effect on our body. Research also shows that using the phone before bedtime can cause the decline of memory, eyesight, depression, and cancer.
